Initial contact – your CV
We expect a brief, structured CV that fully captures the person you are and your experience. You certainly don’t have to wrack your brain over style. If you already have some interesting projects under your belt, we'd welcome a more detailed description and information on how you contributed to them.
By providing your personal data in the CV you give your consent for its processing and storage in the personnel database of Cleverlance Enterprise Solutions in accordance with Act no. 101/2000 Coll., until you withdraw your consent.
Interview
The meeting with us is not a stressful interrogation but a friendly interview by which we’d like to learn more about you and your professional experience. We will also provide you with information on Cleverlance and answer any questions you may have. Interviews are conducted in two rounds. In the first round an employee from human resources and someone from the team (the guarantor for the technical part of the interview) will take part. In the second round you’ll usually meet with your potential subordinate.
References
If you’re applying for a senior position, we welcome any contacts to people who could provide us with references on you. Of course, the references will be ascertained only after your consent.
Feedback
We always provide feedback (even if we don’t hire you) within 14 days from completing all rounds of the selection proceedings. If a delay occurs, we’ll keep in contact with the candidates.
If you’ve found a position that corresponds to your interests and qualifications, please send a brief CV and letter of motivation (in Czech or English) to the email address given for that position.
If your professional profile satisfies the requirements of the position, you will be short listed and contacted within 10 days from reception of your CV for an interview. If your credentials do not meet the requirements, we will inform you by e-mail.
