Implementation of the system for debt collection and administration of information concerning ESSOX customer based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The result of the project is a unique company-wide integrated solution providing for a uniform display of clients and supporting the entire client agenda – from leasing and loan agreement to debt collection. Cleverlance specialists took part in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of the solution. |
