Security

Analyses of risks and the creation of security requirement for the application’s development. Based on a risk analysis, Cleverlance’s specialists defined the security standards for developing applications to reduce as much as possible the likelihood of security risks occurring. A means for achieving this goal was determining the recommended ways to technically secure the applications and to ensure over the entire development process that no security holes intentionally or unintentionally spread to the application.

SIEM

Consolidation of SIEM system settings, its further use and development. Cleverlance implemented at Czech Post a sophisticated solution for covering SIEM security monitoring that offers a perfect overview of monitored equipment or applications and thus allows for the prompt reaction to potential threats. A hacker can break through the security unnoticed or get to sensitive information if there is poor or no analysis of logged events. Cleverlance also supplied the post office with a methodology for processing logged security incidents.

Content Management System (CMS)

Design and implementation of Document Management System for documents of the board of directors of ČD and holding. The solution is built on the Alfresco platform. Cleverlance’s task was to simplify work with documents, facilitate their versioning and sharing of documents among users or departments, allow for simple searching and also increase the security of information when working with documents.

Information security

Help in introducing the security management system. Based on the analysis of possible risks and on the internal audit, Cleverlance’s specialists drew up a security policy and guidelines. Security manuals were prepared for employees, as was security training (Security Awareness Program). Cleverlance consultants also took part in launching the GMC security management system into practice.

B2B portal to operate printing solutions

Creation of web portal. Cleverlance created a web portal for customers of Konica Minolta. Konica Minolta can use this portal to resolve their requests related to operation, maintenance and technical support of purchased printing equipment (e.g. order of consumer material, reporting of counter status or reporting technical problems).  They will also find on the portal an overview of their printing equipment including its current status and load. The portal also serves to gather data on the status of counters and the ensuing charging of printing services.

B2C portal to support end customers

Creation and support of the system for Customer Support Services. Cleverlance created the help-desk system for Konica Minolta’s Customer Support Services division and is also providing it with ongoing support. This portal enables Konica Minolta’s end customers to send faster service requests and monitor the phases of their solution. The Konica Minolta staff is then provided with easier orientation in settling the various requests, facilitating their solution and ensuring that the SLA are adhered to.

IT Security

Designing the IT security system. Cleverlance specialists prepared for the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade the proposal for a IS security policy and other security documentation that forms part of the security manage system within the organization.

ISSA

Support for the operation of an ISSA system integrating data of supervisory organizations. The Czech Ministry of Agriculture chose Cleverlance as its supplier thanks to our thorough knowledge of the customer (in this case the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority), its process and affected information systems.

DocumentTagging

Implementation of Document Tagging at Plzeňské Prazdroj brewery. Cleverlance supplied the brewery with a solution that allows Prazdroj’s staff to classify documents printed for internal purposes. The aim of the implementation of the DocTag product is to increase information security when working with documents. DocTag provides for easier orientation and security and a better arranged handling of documents with different levels of confidentiality. The system features both individual and batch classification of documents, emails, document searches and their possible encryption.

Application for inspection activities

The creation and support for a system for planning, conducting and recording inspections of the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority.  Cleverlance’s specialists created a new generation of the system that streamlines the inspection processes and utilises new possibilities offered by mobile devices and central printing services.

Information security

Implementation of external security administrator at the Office for Personal Data Protection. Following previous projects concerning information security, Cleverlance introduced the role of external security administrator at the Office for Personal Data Protection. The security administrator now supports the Office for Personal Data Protection in managing information security via the appropriately proposed activities.
