The CTS system facilitates the processing of transactions, the bank acquired a strong partner for development in its Treasury operations. Cleverlance supplied the complete solution, which it continues to develop in issuing new versions. |
BPM optimisationMeasuring steps over the life cycle of the mortgage process and analysing work with client documentation at Česká spořitelna by practical measurement and observation in the branch network. The project’s outputs were not only the measured values of the various steps and statistical assessment, but also proposals and recommendations for the possible optimisation of the mortgage process and work with client documentation. Cleverlance was responsible for the supply of the entire solution. |
Mobil bankingThe development of the system solution makes use of Clever Mobile Banker components that enable Česká spořitelna’s clients to use iPhones for banking transactions. The application also enables important information on the bank to be received such as the location of ATMs and branches, directions to them and the opening hours of branches. The solution also feature the novel Složenka (Payment Slip) function that enables Česká spořitelna clients, as the first in the Czech Republic, to pay payment slips through their mobile phone. This function enables the payment slip to be scanned by the mobile device so that the numerical data from the payment slip can be immediately transferred to the payment order. Cleverlance worked with the subcontractor Inmite on this project. |
Enterprice Service BusThe implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (BEA AquaLogic Service Bus) for middleware platform of Internet banking that Cleverlance's experienced senior consultants took part in. The project's aim was to implement our solution and integrate it with the interface of the bank's other systems. |
CTS
Implementation of the Clever Trading Solution (CTS), which is geared toward securities traders on Czech and foreign capital markets. The solution features a comprehensive system for the dealer’s back office (custody services). CTS helped the bank cut costs related to the system’s operation and the bank also acquired a solution that meets its technical standards. Cleverlance supplied the complete solution, which it continues to develop in issuing new versions. |
Customer portal
The preparation and design of the vision of ČSOB’s customer web portal. Cleverlance’s consultants took part in the creation of this vision and were part of the team along with employees of ČSOB and other consultancy firms. |
Security testingPenetration tests of select ČSOB applications were conducted. The tests were geared toward auditing the security of the applications against attacks on the bank’s systems and their results helped improve the security of operated applications. Implementation of the portal solutions through which ČSOB Leasing customers can get the latest information on its contracts at a single place and also make changes electronically using on-line communication. The Cleverlance project team focused on the analysis, architecture, development and integration of the solution. The project also included the introduction of a project management methodology. |
Security testing
Conducting penetration tests. Cleverlance conducts penetration tests at ČSOB Pojišťovna (insurance company). This enables Cleverlance’s specialists to verify the security of the insurance company's information system and discover possible weak spots in its security against external attacks. |
CRM
Implementation of the system for debt collection and administration of information concerning ESSOX customer based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The result of the project is a unique company-wide integrated solution providing for a uniform display of clients and supporting the entire client agenda – from leasing and loan agreement to debt collection. Mobil banking
The supply of a mobile banking solution for iOS and Android featuring a web presentation and marketing applications as a map of branches and ATMs and contacts to the bank. Cleverlance provided a complete solution including an analysis of business requirements, project management, solution implementation and testing. |
Web portalDesign and development of a web portal for GE Money that received an international award for its ergonomics, design and information quality. The portal is very closely integrated with GE Money's various internal systems. Cleverlance also provides for non-stop technical support including monitoring in 24x7. |

Conducting penetration tests on select internal applications of the Slovak National Bank. The security of the internal applications was assessed with the penetration tests, and the configuration of the technology used was audited. A recommendation for improvements to the aforementioned application resulted from the testing. These recommended changes were then implemented in the existing solution. The bank's main goal was to replace the legacy solution without loss of functionality and to supplement it with new functions. Thanks to CTS, the bank also obtains a new stable and effective system that reduced operating costs and provided better quality services to its clients. Cleverlance supplied the complete solution, which it continues to develop in issuing new versions. |

The technical audit focussed on identifying and verifying the level of information security of select information systems. A very large project that includes the design, development and support of a new multi-channel solution with the implementation of front-end processes. Cleverlance FSPL is the solution used that provides for clear and manageable communication between the business and IT thanks to its principles of model-driven development.
