​Solutions to increase the success rate of sales and lower settlement costs

 

The struggle for customers that insurance companies wage on the Czech market leads to lower revenues in the form of sales discounts and bonuses. To this are added increasingly higher costs  - with broader policy coverage and supplementary services provided free of charge.

Cleverlance therefore focuses on two key areas regarding IT trends:

  • How to help insurance companies increase their success rate in selling insurance products to new and current customers.
  • How to retain current customers.

In the first area we offer a solution that helps to better manage and monitor brokers in the sales network –  especially during direct campaigns. The aim is to prevent churn with a fresh offer and to acquire new customers and increase as much as possible the success rate of brokers. This applies in particular for those less experienced.

This enables insurance companies to react to current market pressures by involving new sales channels specialised in solidified customer segments. The use of service staff and call center operators is included here. This is done to enable them to successfully offer and sell insurance to current customers of the insurance company – to those satisfied with the provided service.

In the second area we focus predominantly on maximising the efficiency of services related to settling accidents. The aim is to not only make the process cost effective, but also for the customer to be satisfied knowing that he can really rely on his insurance company even if an accident should occur.

Creation of Activity Management to increase success-rate of direct campaigns. As part of this project, Cleverlance created for Česká pojišťovna a tool that helps increase the success-rate of direct campaigns.  It is designed so that direct campaigns do not come into conflict with the goals and motivation of the sales network. Activity Management motivates sellers to follow up leads and helps the managers responsible to increase the campaigns success-rate by providing them with the latest information on the status of sales opportunities and materials for coaching the seller under them. It enables a comparison of performances of sales groups with the campaign average, helps search for causes, adjusts the campaign and communicates recommended measures to sales groups.
