Cleverlance has developed a new Mobile Bank 2 client for Komerční banka

​Cleverlance Enterprise Solutions has expanded the group of native “thick” clients of the new generation of Mobile Bank 2 by an application for the platform Windows Phone 8 for Komerční banka. At present Komerční banka offers its mobile banking services to owners of more than 80,000 smartphones, and these will be joined by many others who use Windows Phone 8. This makes Komerční banka one of the few banks on the Czech market offering a mobile banking solution designed for all the main native mobile clients (iOS, Android, Windows Phone8).

Mobil Bank 2 makes accessible the bank’s important telephone numbers, shows where the nearest ATM or Komerční banka branch is, and furthermore allows its user to make active payment transactions, to manage investments in unit trusts, to calculate loans and mortgages, to simulate pension savings within the framework of the 2nd and 3rd pillar, and to find shops offering reductions linked to KB products. A given is, for instance, a payment generated by scanning a postal order or modern QR payments with the possibility of generating the user’s own QR payment as part of the functionality ZaplaťMi. Using the Mobile Bank application it is also possible to take out online travel insurance and pay for it immediately and elegantly. KB clients can look forward to many other new features and gadgets that Komerční banka and Cleverlance are planning to implement in this “clever” application next year.

Cleverlance’s task was to supply the complete design, development and functional testing of the frontend application for Windows Phone 8, including the server part and its integration into the bank’s systems.
